  • 2021: Launched WIPLUS PTE LTD and began real-estate consulting under the slogan “Smile for the Future”.
  • 2021: Established WIPLUS REALTY PTE LTD, obtained brokerage licence, and started agency operations.
  • 2023: Developed data-driven, automated brokerage and management workflows, and built a market-visualisation system; secured patents and trademarks in Japan.

Sales Consultant

Singapore
Full-time
Base salary + commission

From market research to proposals and contract support, you will guide clients—mainly Japanese corporates expanding overseas and global firms entering Japan—through every step of their real-estate journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Real-estate consulting for Japanese corporates and individual clients (market study, property proposals, needs discovery, explanations of local practices, negotiation advice, contract-process support)
  • Contract execution and move-in/out support (reviewing agreements, scheduling, move-in guidance, onsite attendance when required)
  • Collaboration with brokerage teams and partners (co-ordination with internal/external agents, obtaining property information, project management)
  • Operating ESHUB and marketing activities (registering listings, suggesting improvements, lead generation and branding via social channels)

Required Skills

  • Business communication in Japanese and English (JLPT N1 equivalent)
  • Sales experience—ideally corporate sales, real estate, or other B2B roles
  • Sound grasp of client care, negotiation, and contract operations with flexibility
  • Ability to collaborate within a team while driving work independently

Real Estate Agent

Singapore
Full-time or contract
Base salary + commission, or full commission model

Handle a wide range of residential, office, and retail cases, supporting clients from tailored proposals all the way to contract completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Property proposals and viewings (property search, tailored suggestions, scheduling, attending viewings when needed)
  • Support for negotiation and contracts (terms negotiation, reviewing agreements, advice before/after move-in, renewals and exit handling)
  • Collaboration with owners and fellow agents (co-ordinating with landlords and brokers, gathering up-to-date market intel)
  • Using ESHUB to strengthen proposals with past data, manage cases, and register listings

Required Skills

  • Business communication in English
  • Experience in real estate (residential, office, or retail welcome)
  • Strong scheduling skills and client service mindset
  • Interest in and understanding of the Singapore property market
  • Self-driven sales/agent mindset

Customer Support

Malaysia / Japan (remote-friendly)

Fixed salary

Lead post-contract support with a focus on the comfort of residents and corporate occupants. You will play a central role in maintaining the WIPLUS service quality that allows clients to live and work with confidence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers during their stay (handling enquiries, residential/office issue resolution, providing guides, arranging repairs)
  • Practical support on contracts and property management (confirming contract details, guiding renewals and move-outs, managing required documents, scheduling)
  • Co-ordination with owners, partners, and vendors (arranging contractors, obtaining quotations, liaising with landlords, emergency responses)
  • Case management via ESHUB (logging activities, registering contract data, checking task notifications, feeding back improvements)

Required Skills

  • Business communication in Japanese and English (JLPT N1 equivalent)
  • Hospitality or customer-care experience (real-estate CS experience is a plus)
  • Task management and scheduling ability
  • Flexible and considerate communication skills
  • Basic PC proficiency (Google Workspace / Excel / online tools)
